Field Installation Superintendent responsibilities have been expanded to include review of construction drawings and specifications and will provide valuable input for labor projections during the estimating phase of a project. Jayson’s installation expertise and skillset is a welcome addition to our estimating process.
On a more personal note, Jayson attributes his love for anything mechanical and working with his hands to the experiences he had learning from his Grandfather. His leisure activities include remote control racing. He and his wife Gail share a passion for the sport that takes them to all parts of the country. Jayson has racing sponsors from Miami, FL and Germany and has been ranked as high as 26th in the nation.
We anticipate continued success for NEISNE with Jayson Livingstone leading our installation crews.
This $43 million (LEED Silver) 4-story addition and renovation contains a museum level along with new classrooms and laboratories to facilitate enhanced learning.

It may have taken more than three decades, but The Warren Alpert Medical School now has a home. For the first time in Brown University's history,
the medical school today opened its own campus, a building in Providence's Jewelry District near the city's teaching hospitals and a growing
number of companies working on products in biotechnology and genomics.
The interiors package was built by Artisan Millwork LLC and installed by Northeast Interior Systems of New England, both of 750 School Street in
Pawtucket, RI. Artisan and NEIS joined the project delivery team that included the Cambridge, MA architectural firm of Ellenszweig and Suffolk Construction
of Boston, MA as the construction manager.
The 134,000 square feet of renovation includes lecture halls, seminar rooms, anatomy labs, an electronic library and 16 clinical simulation suites. Artisan's
package included architectural blueprint matched wall panels, solid surface and granite reception areas, radiused computer desks for lecture halls,
solid surface food courts, hardwood window sills and the Dean's suites. The wood species was quarter sawn slip matched European Steamed Beach.

NEIS New England Helps in Delivering a 21st Century Science Environment to the Westerly RI High School
When the Town of Westerly decided that their 70-year-old high school needed a facelift, they included the latest technology and a striking new science
and engineering wing within their design.
The Wayland, MA based architectural firm Ai3 was chosen to provide the design for the project. They held more than 80 meetings with staff and teachers to ensure
that the programming would deliver a state-of -the-art facility where students will be excited to learn. Described as the "jewel" of the project, a $6.2 million, two-
story science and engineering wing, the Ward Building, was designed to provide educators a space where students can work and learn in an environment that
prepares them for their future.
NEIS worked with the project's construction manager, Gilbane Company to outfit the science interior, as well as, deliver the architectural millwork package
in conjunction with their sister company, Artisan Millwork LLC (See photo).
NEIS used "flexible" tables and overhead service carriers to give a research and development laboratory feel to the science environment. Both premium maple
wood casework and painted metal casework helped to complete the aesthetics.
"To me, it's just so exciting", said School Committee Chairman James Murano Jr. "The impact that it's going to have, not only on the students of Westerly, but
on this entire community - it will be a sell and a draw for people who are looking to move into town," he added.
NEIS completed the science scope with products from its core partner Case Systems.(See photos).

The project is a continuation of a 2007 announced $300MM facility expansion by Corning Inc. The facilities that support Corning’s continued commitment to R&D in the Upstate NY area are being outfitted with standardized and flexible casework solutions to enhance productivity.
