Northeast Interior Systems Inc. and Case Systems Announced the Purchases of the Assets of CIF Lab Casework Solutions, Inc. of Ontario, Canada
Liverpool, NY (November 7, 2011) – Northeast Interior Systems, Inc., a New England, New York and Pennsylvania based dealership that delivers casework solutions and total project management to the primary education (K-12), higher education, laboratory and healthcare market segments, has announced that CIF Lab Solutions, L.P. has purchased the assets of CIF Lab Casework Solutions, Inc. and will maintain operations in Vaughan Ontario, Canada. The purchase is a joint venture between Northeast Interior Systems Inc. and Case Systems Inc.
CiF is a manufacturer of the highest quality wood casework for the university, college, research, government and healthcare laboratory environment, as well as, the K-12 institutional market segment; in the United States and Canada.
